Mission Statement:
To provide an inclusive learning environment that recognizes each individual’s style of learning, thereby utilizing Howard Gardner’s learning styles to promote an environment that is built upon constructivism. Thus, building upon each individual student’s existing schema, which will then build and promote self-esteem, and self-efficacy. It is further our mission to ensure that our learning environment is of the best quality, safe, nurturing and appreciative of the gift that each student brings into our environment to make it "Whole."

To embrace our youth in a learning environment so powerful that it produces life-long learners who are people of great character, strength, power, and wisdom.
Philosophy
My philosophy on education is that all children are teachable and have the ability to learn. Not only teachers, but parents, and various other community leaders have the responsibility to make sure that the children in our community are adequately receiving the education they so deserve. From my past and present experiences teaching children, I have learned that children are most eager to learn based upon the following:
1) Building a child’s self-esteem (continuous
praise, admiration, encouragement, and even
discipline when needed.)
2) Strong parental involvement (teachers and
parent’s continued communication concerning
their child’s progress.)
3) An environment that is conducive to learning
both in the home and in the class.
4) Necessary equipment and supplies for every
assignment, and project that is given and
completed.
Show me a child with the above mentioned, and I will show you a guaranteed success!
Goals
1. Retain, and maintain "Highly Qualified" faculty
and staff.

promotes meaningful learning.
